Time Frame:  6 months

Age requirements: 18- 50 years of age

Compensation: Up to $1,350

Key Inclusion Criteria:

• Premenopausal female aged 18 to 50 years old, with a diagnosis of uterine fibroids.

• Has regularly- occurring menstrual periods of 14 days duration with a cycle of 21 to 38 days from the start of one menstrual period until the start of the next.

• Heavy menstrual bleeding associated with uterine fibroids.

• Female patients of childbearing potential must agree to use a method of birth control.

Additional Criteria:
At screening visit, additional criteria will be reviewed to determine eligibility for the study. Qualified participants will receive study medication, medical care and compensation for the time and travel of each completed study visit.
